Ron worked with us on a half day session for our senior leadership team, which started with a presentation where Ron introduced us to his 5 ‘A’ model. Ron quickly created credibility for the model and himself through excellent examples. This was followed by a team build where we built kites- it was fun but also had some very clear learning points that tied to the model that Ron did a great job of debriefing.
